  And only because I can't give a negative 5 star. Stay as far away from this place and the employees as possible. I bought new phone that didn't work...got a replacement factory one that I had to use tape on to hold SIM card in. One employee deleted 10 years of memories with my son and my father who has passed away. A manager refused to give me a receipt for a booster box....they said would give me better service. It didn't. And called security on me because I took a photo of him with the returned box. After a year of going outside to send a text message or answer my phone. I chose to leave T-Mobile after 17 years. I had a credit of 37$ when I switched to another carrier. But I'm getting harassed by T-Mobile for a 100$ charge for service. For 1. One. Day. . don't go here. T-Mobile nightmares on Facebook.
