  Terrible. They are quick to sell you a device but the minute something was wrong with my phone . And had to do a warranty exchange . They give you a pile of 1800 numbers and get nothing but a smile and good luck. I had good luck by contacting the fcc . Corporate sprint called with in 2 days and had my new phone one day after that . Austin is a jerk. And I've noticed some of the 5 stars talking about customer service. Is in fact the employees

  The store was packed and only 2 staff members working. I expected poor service and stressed out workers but what I got was excellent service from James and 2 friendly and focused sales professionals. While I only dealt with James, the store manager was right beside him and she was fantastic too. Kudos to the staff for keeping customer service at top despite being short staffed and very busy.
