  Ashley had horrible customer service skills. Talked so quiet you could barely hear her. Did not explain anything and just handed me a card with a price. Also tried to talk me out of getting a phone because it’s on pre order. Horrible service will go to the other sprint in town when it’s time to upgrade.

  Very rude employees. They don't know what they are talking about the lady tried telling me that Verizon caps all plans at 18gb of data which they don't there Unlimited plan is truly unlimited I myself have used 1500gb of data in one month. Then she proceeded to tell me that there are uncap and unthottled they I said what I about the data prioritization after 23gb she said that's not true and she didn't know were I was referring too. The. When I went to show her on my phone. But as soon as I took my phone out she completely started Ignoring me and started to help another customer. This is the most awful store I've ever been to I just wanted to know if sprints unlimited plan is truly unlimited can I use 1500 GB of data in a month but they could not give me a straight simple answer they just wanted to sell me a device and a plan
