  My wife and I were professionally greeted by Patrick upon arrival. We were immediately impressed with both the store "color coded" layout and the cleanliness. It is a quiet, well lit environment offering a variety of name-brand selections. Normally aggravated by store sales people, we felt quite comfortable with Patrick's character and knowledge of the products. Without knocking competitor stores, he thoughtfully outlined the benefits of each style of mattress as we were guided around the store. We had researched current mattress technology and consumer reports prior to going, and were pleased to see Patrick reitterate what we had learned. We ended up purchasing a very nice mid range mattress, and are looking forward to sharing our experience with friends in our community. Chambersburg has been steadily growing for the last 10 years, and it is a welcome to see quality dealers take up residence in our town.

  We had a wonderful experience with Jen at Mattress Firm. After a very bad experience with another company she was great. She answered all our questions and helped us find exactly what we wanted. She went above and beyond what any other sales person has done. I would defiantly recommend Mattress Firm and Jen for any of your bedding needs. We are very much looking forward to sleeping in our new bed tomorrow .
