  Avoid even if is close to you!!! My Macbook Air needed to be repaired, Apple customer service told me that my Computer was affected by a recall on the flash memory and that the repair will be for free. I brought my computer to Digital Sunrise since it is the closest authorized repair facility (still over one hour drive for me). At Digital Sunrise after waiting for a diagnose they told me that they didn't have enough information to know if my computer was affected by the recall, they told me that they will call me to let me know if it was or not under the recall, that they will not work on it until I authorize them to do the repair, then they made me sign a paper with a small print, that I didn't read. I received a call from them and they told me that the repair was not covered under the recall and that the repair will be $670 (as much as my computer is worth) I told them to don't repair it that I will pick it up. When I picked it up they told me that I had to pay $43.XX for the diagnose, I was never informed about this cost and apparently it was written in the paper that they made me sign. I was very upset as they didn't disclosed it at any time and the Apple Stores do not charge for diagnose!!! After more than 4 hours drive and $43, I have a broken computer. Next time I will go to the Apple Store in Lancaster.

  Very helpful. I was traveling for business, and needed some specific equipment fast. They talked through my options, and their prices were very fair. Great over the phone service as well.
