  Excellent customer service and knowledge of fireplaces gas or wood. I had a problem with my pilot light not staying lit in my gas fire place, and my glass was busted in my wood stove door. They could of easily sold me a new set up for 99$ for my gas unit but instead they showed me how to clean the unit first. Then if that didnt work they recommended replacement parts. And instead of ordering a new glass pane for my wood stove they pointed me down the road to another company who would cut a new piece of glass and install it for half the price of ordering one. I came home and followed their easy instructions and my gas fireplace lit right up. Thank you for your help and not cleaning out my pockets right off the bat. I will definitely be back for any further fireplace needs.
